DOSSIER:Dennis Hicks

DESIGNATION: Cadet and Chrononaut candidate
STATUS: Time Cavalry founder

PROFILE: December 2083 announcement includes assignment of Dennis to Temporal Security Specialist.
Futuristic weapons training and a specialized, prototype digitizer.

Founder of the Time Cavalry, starting with Jake and Duke as a special ops strike force to penetrate Planet X and rescue the hostages there.

“We can’t ignore the possibility that Dippe will show up again to try and derail our mission, nor can we let that possibility stop us. We will move forward and meet each challenge head on, including dealing with rogue chrononauts like Dippe and his counterparts in other timelines.”

- Officer Hicks

DOSSIER: Lyudmila Alexeyeva

RANK: Cmdr.
DESIGNATION:Cadet and Chrononaut candidate
STATUS: Doctor of Medicine and Human Rights advocate

“We are still learning why it happens, but time travel without a protection like a TIME Suit (TIMES) causes nitrogen to form in the brain.Symptoms are not immediately acute and include loss of judgment, diminished capacity for empathy, and paranoia. If untreated, the subject loses capacity for rational thought, and may become delusional, perhaps violent. Research, begun by Dippe himself, suggests that ingestion of nitrogen before or even during travel can abate the symptoms - the thinking is that nitrogen introduced through ingestion temporarily preempts deleterious effects of unprotected time travel, including aphasia and paranoia. Whether it mitigates the presence of the afflicting components, or displaces the cause altogether, is as yet unknown.
